Clinically Informed. Child-Centered. Court-Focused.

I'm Sara Bokodi, LCSW, founder of Resilience & Rights Family Services, LLC. I provide Guardian ad Litem services, clinical assessments, and family support for court-involved families throughout Northwest Indiana. With extensive clinical training in family systems and child development, my services are grounded in neutrality, ethical integrity, and a commitment to clear, objective recommendations in the best interests of the child. Learn more about my services.

From Inquiry to Recommendation

My process begins with a referral or inquiry, followed by an initial consultation to clarify scope, roles, and court orders. I gather information through interviews, record review, collateral contacts, and when appropriate, home or environment visits. I then synthesize what I've learned through a clinical lens, prepare clear written recommendations, and provide testimony when requested—all grounded in thorough documentation and objective assessment.
